Chelsea hope to sign Brazilian wonderkid Lucas Moura before Tuesday’s transfer deadline. Chelsea officials are in talks with Sao Paulo over midfielder Moura, 19, who is also wanted by Liverpool and Inter Milan. (The Sun)
