Emmanuel AdebayorEmmanuel Adebayor has been offered to Manchester United, according to reports.

The Daily Mail report that Adebayor’s representatives have made contact with United over a possible move for the 31-year-old.

It’s understood the Togo international is holding off on deciding his Tottenham future while he awaits a response from the Red Devils.

The former Manchester City and Arsenal man has been linked with a loan move to West Ham as it’s understood he’d prefer to stay in the capital.

However, according to the Mail he could be persuaded to sign for Louis van Gaal’s side, who are in desperate need of strikers.

Javier Hernandez is expected to leave the club in a £9million move to Bundesliga giants Bayer Leverkusen and he is in Germany today for a medical.

Although, Monaco striker Anthony Martial could stand in the way of Adebayor’s move as he’s believed to be en route to Manchester to complete a £36m deal.
