Wolves goalkeeper Dorus de Vries is poised to make his first Premier League start for the club.

De Vries, signed last summer from Swansea, will replace Wayne Hennessey who is side-lined for up to six months with knee ligament damage.

On-loan defender Sebastien Bassong is available after serving a one-game ban for his red card against Arsenal while winger Matt Jarvis, rested against Sunderland, is in contention to return to the side.

Striker Mario Balotelli is City’s only absentee.

The Italian misses the trip as he completes a three-match ban for his sending off in the defeat at Arsenal a fortnight ago.

Manager Roberto Mancini reports no other injury concerns with Yaya Toure having made a successful return from a knee injury against Norwich last week.
