Marco Reus has given Manchester United hope of snapping him up.
The 24-year-old Germany star is one of Louis Van Gaal’s top targets as he prepares to take the Old Trafford hot-seat.It’s understood Reus has a £29m release clause in his Borussia Dortmund contract, which United could move to trigger.
On his future, Reus refused to commit to Dortmund and said: “Every player only has one career and wants to get the best out of it.
“You have to decide what’s best for you. We’ll see about that.”Van Gaal is expected to be named the new United boss soon – but not this week.
Starsport understands he has already agreed a move to become the new Old Trafford boss and that Ryan Giggs could be named his No.2.
