Roman Abramovich is ready to break the bank to land Paul Pogba.
Chelsea have appointed Pogba’s former boss Antonio Conte as their new manager.
He’s taking charge after Euro 2016 but the Blues are pressing ahead with their plans for next season. And landing France star Pogba is their No.1 priority.

He’s also wanted by the likes of Real Madrid, Paris St-Germain and Manchester City so a deal will prove tricky to complete. He’s set to invite Juventus top brass to London for talks over several transfer targets.
Defender Leonardo Boncucci is likely to crop up, with Conte understood to be keen on the centre-back.
The future of loan ace Juan Cuadrado will also be discussed. He’s impressed on a season-long deal for the Turin side and they might want to keep him for good. And Pogba will also be on the agenda.
The 23-year-old reportedly has a £97m release clause in his contract, meaning he could be off in Chelsea decide to pay the sky-high figure.
