cristiano-ronaldo-real-madridManchester United and Chelsea target Cristiano Ronaldo admits that he would love to ply his trade in Brazil when he leaves Real Madrid.

The former Red Devil has been linked with a summer return to the Premier League, although his agent is adamant that Ronaldo will remain in Spain for the time being.

Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho have both openly discussed the player’s availability at press conferences, with neither refusing to rule out a sensational move at the end of the current campaign, and Ronaldo could be tempted by a final stint in England before leaving Europe for one of the world’s new and emerging but lucrative football leagues.

Whether Ronaldo does end up under the tutelage of Van Gaal or Mourinho remains to be seen, with the Portugal international keen to pip Atletico and Barcelona to the domestic title after last season’s Champions League success.

But speaking at a publicity event, Ronaldo revealed that he would gladly jump at the chance to ply his trade in Brazil, naming Corinthians and Flamengo as his two preferred destinations.

Ronaldo said: “Corinthians and Flamengo are two famous club, I would gladly dress in one of their shirts.

“In Brazil I have many friends, so my relationship with the country is very good. At Real I have passed many Brazilians, with Kaka one of the people I respect most of all.”
