SOCCER-CHAMPIONS/Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have received a massive boost in their pursuits of Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

Benzema, 26, has been repeatedly linked with a move away from the Bernabeu in recent months, and according to reports, a host of Europe’s top clubs are interested in snapping him up.

Premier League trio Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are three of the team’s reportedly keen to land the French international, who signed a new five-year deal with Real in August.

And the English giants will be boosted by the news that Real are willing to sell the forward.

Several reports in Spain suggest Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti no longer sees the former Lyon star as a first-team player and is keen to cash in coveted striker.

The news of Ancelotti’s willingness to part company with Benzema will certainly have caught the attentions of Arsene Wenger, Brendan Rodgers and Louis van Gaal, and could start a bidding war between the three managers.
