SuperSport United defender Morgan Gould says he is looking beyond South Africa next season to further his career.

Gould has been linked to both Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs, but the defender says he has set his sights on playing in Europe next season.

The Bafana Bafana defender is touted as a replacement for Chiefs’ Valery Nahayo, who could move to Belgium.

“It feels good if other teams take note of your talent, but my dream has always been to play overseas. I know my manager is working on something and I am confident that I will be playing in Europe next season,” Gould told KickOff.com.

Glyn Binkin, business manager of the former Jomo Cosmos defender, confirms that Gould will be going to Europe for trials in June, but declined to reveal the names of the team or the player’s destination.
