Carlos Tevez is poised for a £10million switch to AC Milan, according to reports in Italy.

Manchester City striker Tevez, who is out of contract next summer, is set to be offered a three-year deal worth £15m by Milan.

The 29-year-old has indicated his intention to run down his current contract and leave as a free agent next summer, prompting City to seek a buyer.

The deposed Premier League champions’ new boss Manuel Pellegrini intends to talk to all the players he’s inherited from Roberto Mancini who have one year left on their deals, before deciding whether to offload them this summer.

Although Pellegrini’s three-year contract officially begins next Monday, he is not expected at the training ground until the first week of July.

The Chilean is keen to bring £30m-rated playmaker Isco with him from Malaga and City have held talks with the player’s representatives.

But Real Madrid also have their sights on the Spain international – sporting director Zinedine Zidane has held meetings with Isco’s father, who is also the 21-year-old’s agent.

Zidane is alleged to have told Isco he would play regularly for Real, a factor which could ultimately scupper City’s pursuit of the player.
