Didier Drogba could be offered another shot at Champions League glory by Juventus.

According to French paper L’Equipe, the Chelsea legend is wanted by the Italian champions on a one-year deal.

The Ivory Coast striker left Galatasaray this week after his 18-month contract came to a close.

He joined the Turkish giants in January of last year after a short spell at Chinese club Shanghai Shenua following his departure from Stamford Bridge.

His last kick of a ball for the west Londoners saw his successful spot-kick seal the Champions League trophy in 2012, and now it looks like he has been offered another shot at Europe’s premier club competition.

Juventus – who cantered to a third successive Serie A title this season, may be eyeing up Drogba to add to their firepower of Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and Mirko Vucinic.

Drogba’s Champions League campaign with Galatasaray this season ended with defeat in an emotional lst-16 clash at former stomping ground Stamford Bridge.

He will be looking for a new club after leading his Ivory Coast side at next month’s World Cup in a group with Colombia, Greece and Japan.
