Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder has stated that he wants to remain at San Siro. The Dutchman has been strongly linked with Premier League champions Manchester United, and Chelsea.

But the 27-year-old made it clear that he wants to remain in Milan.

“There is a family atmosphere at Inter and there are all the ingredients to aim high,” he said, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.

“Milan is marvellous, picturesque and full of elegance. I love it. At the moment I am very happy here and I don’t see why I should leave.”

Recently former Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly said the Stamford Bridge outfit would do well to sign Sneijder.
